Process
Six stages. One point of contact.
From the first site visit to the day the doors open, you deal with one team and one programme. Here is what happens at each stage and what you receive.
01
Brief
We visit the site and agree the scope, budget and opening date.
It starts on site. We walk the space with you, listen to what the brand needs, and agree three things before any drawing is made: the scope, the budget band and the opening date.
What you receive
- Site visit and measured survey
- Scope and budget agreed in writing
- Opening date set
02
Design
Layouts, 3D views and material samples for your approval.
Our designers turn the brief into layouts and 3D views, then into material samples you can hold. Nothing goes to site until you have approved it.
What you receive
- Layout options and 3D views
- Material and finish samples
- Approved drawings
03
Approvals
Mall, municipality and civil-defence permits handled for you.
Mall management, the municipality and civil defence each have their own requirements. We prepare the submissions, follow them up and keep the programme moving.
What you receive
- Mall and landlord approvals
- Municipality and civil-defence permits
- Permit drawings
04
Build
Civil, MEP, joinery and finishes on one coordinated programme.
One team runs the site. Civil works, MEP, joinery from our own workshop and finishes follow one coordinated programme, with progress reported to you as it happens.
What you receive
- One coordinated site programme
- Joinery made in our workshop
- Progress updates
05
Handover
Snag-free handover with drawings, warranties and a maintenance plan.
We hand over a finished, cleaned space with its paperwork: as-built drawings, warranties and a maintenance plan, with snags closed before you take the keys.
What you receive
- Snag-free handover
- As-built drawings and warranties
- Maintenance plan
06
After-care
We stay on call for the space after it opens.
The relationship does not end at opening. We stay on call for the space, and can take on scheduled maintenance so it keeps looking the way it did on day one.
What you receive
- On-call support after opening
- Scheduled maintenance, if you want it
- One contact for the space
Every stage ends with something in your hands: a signed scope, approved drawings, permits, a finished space and its documents. That is how an opening date survives a fit-out.
